It was my birthday and I celebrated with a trip to the theatre and some annual leave!
I had a great time and took a few trips to get coffee and icecream. I also read two books with varying levels of success.
It wouldn’t be a birthday without a wee trip to the bookshop to pick up a few gifts to myself…from myself. I showed great restraint but I did get some books that I’ve been super excited about for a while!
It was a great few days of annual leave and I need to remember to take two weeks off next year because I would have liked another few days to relax but it’s better than no time off.
